Everyone knows she can sing and write, but not many know of her true life story. Lauryn Hill was born in South Orange (New Jersey) on May 25th 1975. It was clear from day one that she was talented- constantly singing and dancing (according to her family & friends). Lauryn Hill emerged in the 1990's as the most recognisable RnB singers, and one of the most successful black cross-over artistes ever.
