Well I saw Marilyn Manson in Concert this year for the Holywood tour at Londons Docklands. It was the first MM concert I have been to, but most definately not the last!! the atmosphere was great, everyone was so friendly and when MM came on stage the whole place was taken over by this fantastic atmosphere. the set took about 2 hours in which MM sang songs, mainly, from the new holywood album, but also some older stuff like sweet dreams and beatiful people. at one point he was cavorting on stage in a pair of stilts, then went 20ft in a giant 'dress', and interacted with the crowd all the time.
