Martine McCutcheon is one the best actress/singers of our time i belive. She doesn't hold back she does what she wants to and is a great idol for younger people to follow. She went from being a singer, which didn't go quite will to a very successful actress and gave Eastenders a huge boost, them she deicied she wanted to go the next step so went in to singing, Martines First single Perfect Moment was one the most relaxing ballets i have heard with the lovely harp.She went on though that and deiced she want to go the next step, She went to the west end were though all her troubles she did want she always wanted and played a part in my fair lady!! ... Martine McCutcheon is one of the most boring artists of all time. 'Perfect Moment' got endless play on the radio and eventually went to number one. Martine does have a decent voice but it's just a shame about the songs. I think she does have some talent and would probably do so much better with a different type of music. As she is, I find Martine McCutcheon boring and bland with the same sloppy balads that have made Westlife so successfull. ... Read the complete review

After the first album "You Me and Us" I was kind of hoping for something better than an album full of slushy ballads, my wish came true. Martine has moved into many new directions on the amazing follow up "Wishing". Martine gives pop a kick in the teeth with "I'm Over You" which gave the Spicer's "Holler" a run for it's money, "Tonight" a classic R'n'B track with a funky bass line having us dancing till dawn, Martine declares tonight "she has something to say" and yeah she sure has, she can really sing and her adoring public are going love the rest in store on this long ...
