Anyone older than about 25 will remember well the New Romantic movement of the early 80s. How could you forget Spandau Ballet, Visage and Ultravox? Of course you couldn't! But you might well have forgotten some of the guys who were actually in those bands. Some have disappeared off into obscurity, others have continued in the music business, albeit in a slightly less high profile manner. One of those ex-New Romantics is Midge Ure, formerly of Visage and Ultravox, and probably best-known for partnering with Bob Geldof to bring us Band Aid and "Do They Know It's Christmas?".
