Nirvana The best? (Nirvana in general)

Advantages: Music for all ages, brill albums, Music from Nirvana is exclusive

Disadvantages: some songs are depressing, Kurt Colbains suicide shortened no of albums, they do not exist anymore

You ve probaly just got home from work, looked at the title of my opinion and now are waiting to read about how brilliant Nirvana are. Well I can't deny the fact they are brilliant, but, just how good are they. Are they legends of all time, Legends of a period of time or just overated. I pesonally consider them legends of all time, but I am going to explore each of the categories I ve just set.
Nirvana changed the face of Rock. Some might say they worsened the face of Rock. But to a lot they were a fresh, much needed change from Metal.
Grunge, what is it, I did a small survey to find out what people thought of Grunge. Many said 'it was moany metal' but the majority said 'it was in between Rock and Punk but with heavily depressing Lyrics'.
I have to disagree with both.
Grunge is not depressing! Listen to Smells like teen spirit and tell me its Moaning. You can't do it. I would have to say though that That song is the best Nirvana did. What they were famous for so it cant be that bad in the depressing category.
My final note though Nirvana had something for all they had something for absolutey everyone.Find another band that has something for all and I will be quite surprised.
