As a HUGE fan of oasis, i was absolutley gutted to hear that Noel had left the band. But u i was lucky enough to have seen their last ever live performance as a band (until they come back and do a reunion tour,haha!) at V Festival this year. It have always wanted to see them, and that was the first time i have seen them and the last time they performed, how lucky!
I have to say i think that Oasis are one of the best rock band of all time, without a doubt! A lot of people dont like the attitude of brothers noel and liam gallagher, but for me, thats what makes oasis! it wouldnt be the same if they were not miserable b******s!
They have so many songs that are just ledgendary, including, in my opinion, one of the best love songs of all time- Wonderwall. then there's other hits like dont look back in anger, morning glory,champagne supernova,roll with it, slide away,live forever,half the world away...just to name a few!! and seeing all of these live was one of the highlights of my life! You know your a superstar when tens of thousands of people are singing your songs back to you, and being part of that crowd was amazing!

My personal favourite is (What's the story) morning glory? but all are great! In my opinion Noel gallagher is a lyrical genius, one of the best songwriters of all time and oasis are definitely going to down in rock history!
