I have been an avid Ozzy fanomaniac every since i was 13 years of age. So that would be about...um nevermind. Anyway Ozzy has showed his competance as a hard rock hardcore icon with every step he has taken in his career.Even going back as far as his days with Sabbath he proved himself to be a very gifted frontman..Which he proved when other members of the band asked him to leave..which left them riding his coattail trying to make up for their loss. I have been an Ozzy fan for over twenty years now, and his music just keeps getting better. Unlike many other seventies icons, who disappeared then made a comeback just for the cash, Ozzy has kept on going all the way. Kids are overwhelmed with Eminem etc, and parents are outraged, but ozzy started it all. There was outrage worldwide over the 'bat head' situation, and people always say, hmmp devil worshipers etc, yet if people took the time out to actually listen to the songs, they would see it was the exact opposite message that he was putting across. Plain and simple, Ozzy is the ultimate master of hard rock music and he will remain so forever and ever. It seems as if everything he touches turns to gold...er, make that platinum, as every album he's released since being "fired" from Black Sabbath in 1978 has attained platinum-plus status. Despite announcing his plans to finally call it quits after completing his phenomenal "No More Tours" tour (yeah, right) in November 1992, the Oz Man decided after a mere three days into his so-called retirement (!) that he couldn't handle the utter boredom of leading a "normal" life and began working on yet another album.
