Advantages: Great for people who like alternative styles of music

Disadvantages: Might not be everyone's cup of tea

One of the newest New Metal bands Papa Roach have brought out a brilliant debut album. From the opening song Infest, the lead singer Coby Dick sings about his childhood and his life. This is shown in great detail when you listen to blood brothers and broken home, both of which talk about his mother and father breaking up.

If you have ever heard Last Resort you will now that it is a very catchy tune, and is one of the best on the album. I suggest that if you like this song you will love the album.

Papa Roach have also mixed in some really different styles of music for example in the last song 'Thrown Away' it sound like they have tried to make it sound a bit like reggae. And this song has got some great lyrics, it gives off the impresion that at the time of producing the record they were all smoking Majuana. I think this song is a great one for the end of the album, they talk about the world and how they think it is f**ked up. I think that this song is definately one of their best, but out of all the songs on the album I don't think I have got a favourite. Its just such a brilliant album.

Lets hope there more to come, and by there performance at the Grammy's there on their way to success winning - BEST NEW GROUP
