This has got to be one of the most epic bands of all time. Formed in 1994 Rammestein have gone from strength to strength and currently have released 6 official albums.

For those unfamiliar with Rammstein they are a heavy metal band from German and as such sing mostly in German. Their style of music is mostly described as "German industrial metal" although the tag "heavy metal" fits them just fine.

Their music is so epic and emotive that it has been used as backing tracks for countless adverts and movie scores and has made them appear in person during the opening scene of the movie xXx as Vin diesel does his usual brand of action filled chased scene.

The most impressive and noticeable thing about Rammstein is their stage act which is filled with pyrotechnics. The lead singer has a PhD on the subject and doesn't fail to impress the audience with his skills. During a show viewers can expect to see thousands of pounds worth of explosions on stage making them wonder how the band haven't all burned to death so far.

I whole heartedly recommend seeing this band to anyone who wants to have a fun night out that they will be talking to their friends about for weeks to come. The only downside is due to their new global popularity tickets have risen massively in price to anywhere between £50 and £200.
