... to the gig, Monster Magnet were supporting, although none of us had heard of them we are all now big fans. The show kicked off for real when Zombie came on stage, Jeez, the guy is huge, must be 6'7" at least. Talk about gettin' into the spirit of the occasion, within' minutes i'd discovered that i'd managed to struggle (if not force) my way to the front. Several years ago i was lost in the wilderness, i had always been a metal/rock fan but i (don't laugh) had been in to the rave scene for a while, doin' Jungle clubs and gettin' a nose bleed to hard core techno ! Anyway, the scene began to die out and the weekends of feelin' love'dup we're well and truly exhausted. what was i to do ? My most precious friends, (Howie & Stella, together for ever like the characters in Vurt), suggested that i went with them to the Rob Zombie gig at M'cr Acadamey.
