Advantages: Good singer, good songs

Disadvantages: Bit of an idiot

OK, we all know who Robbie is, so I'm not writing his biography. Having been (and still am) a massive Take That fan I have mixed feelings about the Robster.

On the one hand he has made some amazing songs, (I'll gloss over Rudebox), he's good looking, certainly has stage presence and he's got buckets of charisma. I quite like him. On the other, well he can just be a bit of an idiot can't he?

The 'poor me', my life is so awful, wish I wasn't famous stuff, is boring and I suspect, done for effect. I don't believe he hated his time in Take That as much as he claims and I really believe that, had the boys come back and flopped, that he would have gloated big-style. As it was they were super succesfful, he'd lost a bit of sparkle, and the tables were turned.

As a major TT fan, I thought the comments made after the split (and right up to 2005) were pretty uncalled for.

His new song is OK, not a classic and I just hope Rob and the lads can get along and we can stop hearing all this nonsense about them getting back together. Never gonna happen and I wouldn't really want it to - unless it's a one-off for charity.

Summary: Love him or loathe him - I'm a bit of both!
