Worst song= No1 (The Charts)

Yes, I think I've found the answer...they put the worst song at number one in the singles chart and the better one further up!For instance Incubus' new single"Drive" charted at #40 and that is a great song and Slipknot haven't even made the top 40, which mean's they are amazing!the real reason the charts are so bad is that average rock/metal fans do not rush straight to the shop to get their singles, in fact usually they wait and purchse an album, being rather more concerned with a bands sound than image and chart success. The singles chart is a representation of dance and pop acts who sell one "good" single which reaches #1 , then their next reaches a high status due to the merit of their previous one and so on until they fade out!
