Advantages: Easy to use, nice on the eyes, good colour scheme

Disadvantages: could be more features, more downloadable options

This design is very very good, its is designed like a Television set, with the options up the right hand side, much look the buttons on a T.V set.

When a page is loading, the screen turns all snowy, like how an old black and white T.V set changes channels.

That of course is all to be expected, the design I mean, because The Strokes pride themselves as living in the 70's so the tv design and what not is like a 70's tv set.

The main multimedia features are full length real player and windows media music videos, mp3 donloadable music clips, photo gallery’s of live and candid photos, a message board, chat room and a merchandise shop. Apart from that there is the typical bio, infor on tour dates, fan club and news page.

So, in conclusion, this site is so easy to use its unreal, with it being designed in a tv set way, it automatically becomes familiar to those who may be first time Internet users, which is easier for them, and would make them feel more confident. The let down perhaps is there is not enough multimedia features, but with it being a band's website, you can't really look further than music videos and song, which you can download here.

Just to add here like, im not a huge fan of the strokes but I love their someday and just like their web site.
