I wouldn't say that I'm fully authorised to comment on Tim Simenon, (who previously exhibited his skills in the phenomenal cult 80's band 'Bomb The Bass') having owned only one album produced by him (Depeche Mode's 'Ultra'), and the song 'Caruso' by Gavin Friday; but just by hearing these two I think I know fully how to explain the beautiful swirly production that Simenon contributes to any of the artists he work with.
