Tom Jones : What an amazing man! I went to see Tom Jones with my sister and my mum about five years ago at Wembley arena and he was amazing! Being only 16 back then, I didn't really appreciate him at the time. But after seeing him perform live and how professional, enthusiastic and entertaining he was, I could understand what all the fuss was about. Admittedly I still do not own any albums of his but if a song of his comes on the radio, I wack it right up and start singing away. He has such an amazing, different voice and he puts so much into it. Songs like Delilah where his voice has so much energy behind it make the hairs on my arms ...

When I was a pretentious teenager I didn't have any time for people like Tom Jones. "But this doesn't mean anything," I'd warble. "Songs have to mean something to be any good."
