What is about Sheffield that makes it one of the leading places for innovative electronic music? Who really knows but history shows us that many fine electronic bands have come from the Steel City. From early pioneers like Cabaret Voltaire to the early synth pop heroes like The Human league, to the modern Trance sounds of Gatecrasher.
