I dont like any of this type of music so that probably makes me a bit unsuitable to write a review. However i did watch the show from start to finish so i wasn't really surprised to hear this little ditty. A cover of a westlife song really doesn't suit the talents of Will, he has a great voice so i can't really slag him off. The other song on the singl ' anything is possible ' is a very unmemorable song, but what did we really expect.

So Will won, hurray he was the best of the lot and was something a bit different, i would have voted if i had been able to get through but i got to save my 25p.Really though whoever won wasn't ging to make a difference to the 'product', his debut release proves that he really wasn't expected to win by the programme makers. everything to the brooding on the front cover to the slushy tripe on the cd just screams out G.G.G.. Gareth. i would have thought that the programme makers would have thought of two songs that were different enough to showcase more than one persons talent. This lad is wasted here, hopefully he will have a little more control over his future releases. I don't know what the story is on his album but, like the popstars winners hear'say, these types of thing are always spoiled by narrow minded record executives.

So we can look forward to pop idol 2 in the next year, great because the programme was more entertaining than the finished product. The ten pop idol finalist go on a tour soon, i hope they gat a chance to choose their own songs and please, leave the judges at home.
