Nitin Sawhney in General:
... Readers, Spacelamb has written a great review though it is a little frustrating to read Sanchita Farruque as traditional Indian Male vocalist and female vocals by Jayanta Bose. Firstly please see Sanchita Farruque s photo in http://www.pbase.com/marcobiz/image/18648159 then you will know who she is. Finally about Jayanta Bose, he is actually my Indian Classical Vocal Guruji Pt. Jayanta Bose from Kolkata (Cal... Read the full review: Few notes about Jayanta Bose by Sobers |

Because of Lara’s background, her natural language is French but she is also fluent in Italian and English. Lara’s songs were selling well in Europe and she went to Quebec to... She sounded like a 'black' singer, and I’m not being offensive by saying that, but black women sing normally powerful voices. I remember when I turned onto The Box and there she was, I was shocked and thought how excellent it was. She had an excellent video and an excellent song, her first song is still playing on my CD player and I still love it more than ever. I also liked her second one and her fourth one. These three tracks are just totally excellent. You here them and it makes you want to sing and dance and... Read the full review: Anastasia - Definatly a "YES" by Craigy2040 |

Kroke in General ... 'splendid accordion'??) 'Live at the Pit'- a marvellous live album. Several of the tunes from 'Trio' taken at a barely-controlled gallop, and some new material. Deep, wild, incredible. Listen to the the rhythmic togetherness of 'Bessarabian Hora'- wonderful stuff. 'The Sounds of the Vanishing World'- more contemplative, less Klezmer; comprised mostly of their own material. Highlights include the aggressive opener 'Earth', the cheeky, stop start , very romantic 'Time' featuring a ticking clock, and the gentle and heavenly 'Lov...
