Advantages: bit of excitement

Disadvantages: bad for pocket

Dream teams are a rubbish idea. I entered into dream teams years ago when entries were cheap. Now most teams cost £5 or even more to enter and than more to do transfers.

Dream Team is a good idea to entice footie mad people. In current climate it has become a business and now most people will feel ripped off. Cost of tickets at football grounds has hit the roof in last five years and so has price of entering a dream team.

Chances of winning off a dream team are slim to none. So many people enter and form players for this season won't do the same next season, there always is a surprise package and this is when most people lose out in the competition.

I was always at the bottom of the pile. My best position in Sun was 139, 657.

Football is the main fantasy team sport, F1, cricket, golf and rugby have also had dream teams.

I will never do a dream team again because it costs too much and too much time following the team and ultimate loss.

Summary: not worth it
