Argos:
... a fan heater to Argos as it no longer operated the fan at the required power. It was 10 months old and they were happy to exchange it or credit the sum paid to my Mastercard. I took it to the payment counter and they credited the sum with no quibble at the Dartford store. Service was excellent, quick and efficient. Purchased a bathroom light at the Orpington store after securing product online. Service m... Read the full review: Argos returns simple and easy. by jim1234 |

Sky Digital ... is Sky still trading? After 3 months of trying to get someone, anyone at Sky to help with my installation problems, I have given up any hope of getting a response. Countless e-mails remain unanswered. Hours waiting on the phone for someone to speak to, listening to that "Music". When you do finally get to speak to someone (twice in three months), they can not help and fail to phone you back when promised. Even getting through to someone at the head office is a strain, today i spent over 30 minuets on my mobile waiting for someone in the complaints department to pick up the phone. The cost of telephoning an 0800 number on your mobile is frightening. How can ... Read the full review: Why is Sky still trading by M Crosby |

Sky Digital ... have been a Sky Tv customer for just under a year now and the only thing I like about them is the Television itself. I used to have the package where I got my home phone calls and free broadband but I would always end up getting charged for something so I stopped that and I just kept the TV package. In certain areas (depending on the postcode) they offer a free broadband service and free home phone calls service. Sky Talk-Free evening and weekend calls to uk landlines. Or you could pay £5 which offers you unlimited UK landline calls. They also now offer a line rental service which is £10 a month. Broadband-Free up to 2mb. You can pay £5 a month to get up to 8mb or... Read the full review: They only care about getting new customers and not about keeping their current ones by birdy22 |

DirecTv ... of all I just want to start out by saying that my husband works for this company and has for about 2 years now. Do not get me wrong they are a great company but they have huge downsides. We have the directv employee account where we are only supposed to pay 15 dollars a month for our service. Well after we closed our bank account to go to another bank we tried to get our autodraft switched and apparently they didnt get it done in time. Needless to say they sent us a bill for the full price of everything that we had that added up to about 300 dollars. We were furious. So we called them to see what had happened and finally got everything explained to us but they refus... Read the full review: Do not like by nickiemoore20 |
