Advantages: Enables you to learn the words to "Whatever you want"

Disadvantages: Annoying, irritating and tacky

This advert annoys me sooooo much-it is difficult to express in words my extreme hatred for it. Ok, it was alright the first few times that it was on, but after 5 weeks of it, no-one can deny that it does get just a little irritating.

To make matters worse, this is one of those adverts where not only do u see it once in a slot (which is bad enough), but normally 2 or 3 times. The usual run of adverts in a 5 minute slot goes Argos, something else, Argos, something else etc. I mean surely, we're not that stupid, that it takes us nearly four times to realise what they are advertising??!!!

If you have not seen this appauling advert yet (which is very doubtful - unless you haven't watched TV for two months) then I will try to explain the reasons for its annoyance.

Firstly, that stupid tune, "Whatever you want.." is played constantly which is enough to drive anybody up the wall after about the 20th time it is played. Secondly, the background looks quite tacky and most of the stuff that they advertise, you cannot buy. I might be wrong, but I thought that the whole point of an advert was to advertise YOUR OWN PRODUCTS!!!

Anyway, try and avoid this advert at all costs if u can - sticking to BBC might be your best bet. However, if you actually like this advert, pleeease comment on my opinion - I have yet to meet someone like this!!

P.S Although the advert is tacky, do no think that I am saying Argos is bad as it can be quite a useful shop!
