Advantages: Yummy!!

Disadvantages: None!

Now, I’ve heard of lots of shooter with Baileys in them, but this one was new to me.

A few days ago my best mate and me went out on the town for the night. We were sitting in a nice little bar in Colchester called Bar33. On the wall was huge array of cocktails, shooter etc. we decided to be adventurous and try a couple of the shooters we’d never heard of!

Me, being a Baileys lover, went for the only one with Baileys in! The “Slip Inside.” It was made from Butterscotch schnapps and Baileys!

From the sound of it, it sounded like it was going to be very sweet, but I’m always willing to try everything once!

So, we went to the bar and ordered, the “Slip inside” cost £2.50, not the cheapest shot I’d ever bought, but anyway!! It was served, obviously in a shot glass! It was 4/5 Butterscotch schnapps and 1/5 Baileys. I was a little disheartened to see how little Baileys there was, but I hadn’t tried it yet!!

O.k. then, here goes, testing time. 1, 2, 3, go….mmmmmmmmm I’d never tasted anything like it!! It was so smooth and creamy. You could taste the Baileys but there was not a strong taste of either of the components, the mix was juts right! It was sweet but not too sweet. It also did not leave the taste of alcohol in your mouth. It was absolutely gorgeous!!!! Obviously I followed it up with a couple more, but it was definitely the nicest shot I have ever tasted!

Thanks for reading my op, sorry it was so short but there’s only so much you can say about 1 shot!! Thanks again, loz >J
