Advertising can be a great nuisance, and I often think I would never be affected by it. Companies waste their money because I would never buy something because I saw it advertised on television. However, When in a Nightclub, some friends and I began to shout Wasssssup to each other. Moments later we were drinking Budweiser. This made me think about the now ancient frog adverts which we used to re-enact. Again, after a rendition of Bud-weis-er, I was drinking Bud. I have been fooled. There is no doubt that the advertising Budweiser has produced in recent years has persuaded me to drink their product. I think if extensive research was to be ... Read the complete review

I suppose it had to happen. Louis the Lizard has learnt to say Wassssup and now he is training the ferret to join in with him. If you haven’t seen the Budweiser adverts then the start of this opinion will not mean anything to you at all. But, that will probably also mean that you have been on another planet for the past few months, so you probably don’t know what Budweiser is either. The ad men at Budweiser have been really clever here. For the past few months they have been running two simultaneous sets of adverts for Budweiser beer, with totally different themes. The first is based on some talking lizards and a not very bright ferret, who ... Read the complete review

Forget about the lizard! Can you all remember the crocodile that carried the cute little frogs through the party singing 'ohh laa laa' This in my opinion was a superior piece of advertising! This advert also was the launch of the song ?ohh laa laa? which is still deservedly a wonderful party song! Whenever you go to a pub and order a drink you automatically order a bud, and its incredibly likely that somebody will pretend to be the little frogs! ... Read the complete review

Louis the lizard is green with envy - the bull-frogs are getting too much of the limelight. Over a series of adverts we see Louis get screwy with his plans to put them in their place (any place it seems but his pond!), they seem to have petered out for the moment - Bud are bombarding us with the 'wassupp' ad at the moment and Louis seems to have disappeared in a puff of smoke/fit of pique. I am hoping this current (pun intended) state of affairs will not last and we will see a further ad with Louis as our Christmas star. (Come back Louis, we love ya!) ... Read the complete review

The marketing dept. at budweiser have done a fantastic job creating such hilarious memorable adverts. The one where he has the weasel drop an electric sign into the water in an attempt to anniahlate the frogs was simply funny. The quote 'There comes a time when every frog has to croak it' just made the advert one of the best currently on T.V. Then the monosyllabic frogs which croack in sequences to make us remember them. It really is a advertising campaign to the very highest standard. ... Read the complete review
