Since NTL has taken over Cable and Wireless early this year the price of the service has increase. With nothing extra to show for I they TV service has increased in price by about £5. Also the price of telephone calls has doubled in some case. Since then I have used Atlantic Telecom for my telephone service by dialling a 0800 number before I make my call that has saved me money. For years my children asked me to purchase some form of satelite television but I had always refused as the cost of it was too high. I would like to share with you all and get off my chest the problems I am having with NTL. After five years with sky, my wife persuaded me against my better judgement to upgrade our system to NTL Digital. I have had it now for just over six months, the pictures goes off all the time, and it gets stuck in the interactive services all the time. My main greivance is that they have not managed to get my bill right in six months.
