First of all I just want to start out by saying that my husband works for this company and has for about 2 years now. Do not get me wrong they are a great company but they have huge downsides. We have the directv employee account where we are only supposed to pay 15 dollars a month for our service. Well after we closed our bank account to go to another bank we tried to get our autodraft switched and apparently they didnt get it done in time. Needless to say they sent us a bill for the full price of everything that we had that added up to about 300 dollars. We were furious. So we called them to see what had happened and finally got everything explained to us but they refused to go back and try to fix the bill. They said that we had to pay that before they would go back and fix anything which was bull. Needless to say we do not have them anymore. Yes my husband still works for them but we switched to dish network. If you get directv I am just saying you better watch your bill because they will try to screw you anyway they can.
