Well to be honest I think everyone needs Sky Digital. Sky Digital offer a good range of Channels for an reasonable price - and is entertaning for everyone.

The price is sometimes a problem. When sometimes you seemed to be overbilled and charged more than you expect yourself to pay. Payments are are serious problem with the company the fact that the prices Increase every so often this means that Sky Digital is just wanting money and offering the same amount of channels but asking for me. I hate the odd letters we got saying that prices where increasing.

Sky Box Office, is an excellent Service - but the standards of Sky Box Office are not Very High. The Movies are of excellet range and have good running times so movies can be viewed whenever you want - whatever you want. The movies are only £3.00, When we joined sky the man Said to us the first Sky Box Office Four Movies we would order would only cost us £1.00 not, the usual price so we took advantage of the offer and where suprised to find that we owed £12.00. We called in saying this and they said that there was no such offer - and what you get told is not Sky's Main Offices Responsibility.

So The Service and Customer support is very poor. But the general still Four Movies for £12.00 - is an excellent offer. But what you get for what you are told is not true. The company is quite misleading and personally I dont think Murdoch needs more money that he allready has!. But we still should pay for the quality porgramme we recieve allthough we are sometimes lead astray. So Would I recommend it - I cant say Decide for your self by my so far experience.
