well i just recently come off of sky because i couldnt afford it anymore and i never had a problem with them ever untill i come off then i had phone calls still saying do i want insurance on my sky box and the day i came off guess what my sky box wouldnt even turn on and when it does turn on for about 20 minutes i go on to tv guide it goes on and off blue screen and black screen and then stopped working full stop i come off but i get a free month because u pay for month in front i still have till the 18th january is that a coincidence i been with them nearly 2 years not one problem with the box till i told them i was coming off
