Does anybody else just love the smell of this stuff? No im not a glue sniffer or anything but I do think that its a lovelly smell!

Of course it does have its uses and most people use it to help clear their nose and throat whilst sleeping as the vapour helps to relieve nasal passages.
This is generally done by applying a small amount on the back of a person or the chest, or both. At first it feels like a warm sensation but that gradually wears off.

I find the results of this product almost instant, although sometimes an extra layer is advised if its not working too well.

Some people sometimes apply it to napkins or handkerchiefs to carry around with them to sniff occasionally, I saw a few people at my college doing this but am yet to try this myself.

Even when I get a little sniffle of a cold, I love to use this product as I find it really does help to relief my nose and chest very efficiently.

Vicks also do a lot of other products for those rough days which I would advise you to check out if you like to use this product.
