Crayola Colouring Pencils
Advantages: Versatile, good quality and great colour selection
Disadvantages: may roll of a table due to being circular
I bought my Crayola colouring pencils around five years ago now and have used them many times for just general art usage in my spare time to GCSE art and I actually still use them now. Something I think that everyone should own is a pack of colouring pencils due to their versatility and here is why you should buy these Crayola colouring pencils as opposed to any others.
---MY PRODUCT ---
As this review covers all Crayola colouring pencils I would just like to say that then pencils that I own are the pack of fifty that can be bought off of amazon now for £5. They are apparently suitable for ages 3+ though I believe children should start to draw at the earliest possibility.
Before we get to the actual colouring pencils I would just like to talk about the brightly coloured cardboard packaging that they come in. The cardboard is brightly coloured and has a handy hook if you want to hang it up. (Though few pegs could stand the weight of fifty colouring pencils). There is also a very handy cut out in the front of this packaging that allows you to see the colouring pencils inside and their shape and colour before you buy them.
In my product there are fifty pencils all of different colours which allow you to have just about every colour that you will ever need. Most of the colours are very bright and vibrant but there are duller colours as well giving you the whole colour palette. The pencils round and about 17cm long. Okay they car roll off of a desk due to this shape but they are very comfortable to hold for all sizes of hands which is a huge advantage over other pencils.
For the more experienced user these pencils actually merge very well so from an artistic point of view they actually perform really well. With the fact that they also have a very hard to snap centre these pencils last a very long time, are easy to sharpen and are useful for all ages from very young to older people who have more art experience as they really do change colour with the amount of pressure you apply to them.
I would definitely recommend these colouring pencils for anyone as they are very good for the money and don't carry a hefty price tag but do carry a lot of value and are some of the best colouring pencils that I have ever used. The only comparable products would be professional artists colouring pencils which cost around twenty times as much or more. These pencils are available in many idfferent sized packs for everyone to have what they want.
Summary: Great value for money and everyone should have some
