My daughter received this from Santa last christmas aged 2 3/4, I am so glad we bought it on special offer in Tesco for £8 as Doodle Daisy has been in a cupboard making friends with the spiders isnce Boxing Day!

Great idea, and we thought the little one would love it, due the fact that you could make so many patterns. 2 parents and 2 grandparents later, we couldn't get many different patterns from it. 2 pens got the nibs broken as the little one wanted to put them in the holders herself (far too hard) and when we did get it working, Doodle Daisy acted like she had been at Santa's sherry as the patterns created were all wobbly. We were also disappointed with the amount of pens you received as part of the pack

I think its a nice idea, probably more suitable for slightly older children. On a plus point you can order extra pens in a wider range of colours(order form is in the box), however this bumps up the costs.

Summary: glad it was on offer, wouldn't buy again
