Crayola Half Length Pencils

My little one loves drawing and colouring and therefore we go through a lot of coloured pencils, felt pens and crayons. Due to this, we try not to spend too much on each pack as no matter how much we spend, they all run out soon after with all the pictures our little one does every day.

We bought these Crayola pencils for £1.00 from Wilkinsons and they can be bought at the moment on Amazon for 91 pence. Crayola is a well known and well worth it name and I was surprised to get this pack of 12 pencils for such a low price - surprised though I still snapped them up! You can also buy these same pencils in a bigger pack for around £5.

As said in the title, these pencils are shorter than normal sized pencils, though I would say perhaps a little more than half length. This makes it easier for youger children to grasp a hold of them and draw though it makes no real difference to my youngster how long they are!

One thing we have always had a problem with is sharpening them, especially if my little one tries as they always seem to break, though I have found these pencils much sturdier and better made which means that even if my youngster is sharpening them, they do what you want and do not break every five minutes. Perhaps this is to do with the Crayola name sake!

£1.00 for a pack of 12 well made pencils is a great deal and I would happily buy these again and again for my little one, and my little one agrees, though as long as she can draw and colour, I do not think she really cares what make they are!
