If you are a cardmaker or a scrapbooker then chances are you've been after this punch for a while. It is so pretty that it sells out as soon as it's in stock. A lot of UK craft shops have had problems in knowing when to expect shipments from the US of this product. It has proved very popular as it creates a beautiful lace effect that can transform a whole card or scrapbook page. I have been lucky enough to finally get my hands on one and it was worth the money and the wait.

When researching the product myself, I couldn't find many reviews telling me about the thickness of card/paper it would cut through and so this is why I wanted to write one of my own. The punch works best on paper and light cardstock and has a guide to line your paper against to ensure you can create a long line of continuous pattern. As an example, I like to use core'dinations cardstock on cards (which is roughly 220-240GSM) and my punch does work on this but I have to press down on the lever harder. I certainly wouldn't use any heavier cardstock for the fear that it wouldn't punch through properly or the punch might get clogged or break.

If you want to invest in a decorative border edge punch, then in my opinion this would be a great one to go for. It is usually priced between £14.99 - £17.99 online.
