As you may see from previous reviews Jayden has a Tiny Tatty Teddy themed bedroom, when he was born my parent bought him several Tiny Tatty Teddy items, some for his bedroom other for more general use, one of the items they purchased was a Me To You Tiny Tatty Teddy Photo Album, we had wanted a photo album to put all of our first photos of Jayden in including all of my scan pictures and this was ideal.
The Tiny Tatty Teddy Photo Album didn't actually come with any sort of packaging other than a clear plastic sleeve over the front of it to protect the front of the album. The photo album has a hard cover and back, the background of the front of the photo album is white with multi coloured dots all over it, in the centre of the cover is a picture of Tiny Tatty Teddy with a small push along cart and various other toys such as a book, a duck and building blocks, he is also holding a toy rabbit, just underneath the picture is the Me To You logo consisting of a pale blue oval with the words written inside in white.
Down the left hand side towards the spine is a blue and yellow strip, next to this is a strip of yellow ribbon which is weaved into the cover of the photo album. The back of the album is the same white and multi coloured spotty design, it has Tiny Tatty Teddy's head in the middle with the contact address written very small in the middle, the spine has he Me To You logo on it with the words photo album written in silver.
On the inside of the front cover you get two white pages covered with multi coloured spots, on one of these both front and back is a picture of Tiny Tatty Teddy playing with a ball, on the back inside over is a place to slide a CD should you wish to keep all your pictures together. The front and back cover are slightly larger than the pages inside holding the photos which means they cannot get bent and the photos do not become damaged.
Inside the album you get 51 pages which holds two photos per page both front and back, the pages are of a reasonable thickness with about two thirds of the page being covered with a plastic cover, this is divided in half giving you two spaces on each page for an average sized photo. Down the edge of the page the part which is not covered with plastic are dotted lines which allows you to write a bit about each photo, this is divided in half giving you two writing spaces with a picture of Tiny Tatty Teddy, you are given a decent amount of space to write in allowing you to say what the picture is, the date and any other information you want to record. The plastic covers are tightly fitted holding you photos in place, however the edge of the cover is easy to lift to put the photos in place or remove them without having to bend them or causing any damage. Once in place the plastic cover sits flat over the photos leaving no air bubbles and allowing you to clearly see the pictures underneath.
The Tiny Tatty Teddy Photo Album as I mentioned was not something I purchased myself, however I do know that it came from www.metoyouonline.co.uk and cost £12.99.
Personally I think this was very reasonable, the album is of a good quality with strong and sturdy front and back covers and plenty of protection for the photos inside. The album also holds a decent amount of photos without being too bulky and taking up too much space.
I would definitely recommend the Me To You Tiny Tatty Teddy Photo Album, it makes an excellent gift for someone who has just had a baby or even a gift for someone with a child, the deign of the album makes it perfect for both boys and girls. The pictures of Tiny Tatty Teddy both on and inside the album are extremely cute and the way they are featured throughout the album makes it a little bit different to the plainer ones you can buy.
The album was reasonably priced and in my opinion it is definitely worth the money. I like the fact that you can hold a lot of photos in this album meaning I have plenty of space for all the pictures I have taken of Jayden since he was born, I have used my album to display all of my pictures starting with my very first scan picture right up to the present and can write a small bit about each photo so I know what is what, also if anyone else looks at it they know when photos were taken and where.
I would highly recommend this cute photo album to anyone whether you are purchasing it as a gift for someone or even for yourself it is an ideal way to record your baby's first months.
