When a new toy superstore opened in our area I decided to go and have a look, I was looking for birthday presents for my eldest so had left my two girls with their grandfather. Feeling a little guilty that I hadn't took the girls to the new store I decided to buy them a small present each, as my eldest loves Peppa Pig I decided on this box of stickers.
I paid £2.50 for the stickers and as there are supposed to be 200 in the box I didn't think this was a bad price especially as they are specific characters and not just random stickers. I must admit though as I have read another review on this product I was both surprised and disappointed that another dooyoo member found these at £1.
The stickers come in a cardboard box which is probably around 30cm x 40cm (not exact as I don't think the review needs me to measure the box!) The box has got mainly pale blue in colour as in a sky with a strip of green at the bottom for the grass, there is a bright sun the sky and then a picture of Peppa herself who is next to a see through section of the box where you are able to see the stickers inside.
Inside the box there are 20 rolls of stickers within a cardboard criss cross holder so that they don't all get mixed up and start sticking together, I thought this was a great way to have them as I know previous sticker items of hers have ended up stuck all over the house as there was nowhere proper to keep them. Each roll of stickers is on a bright colour, I can't be sure as she has used some of the rolls but I think the surrounds of the stickers were in ten different colours. Dividing 200 by 20 rolls you may expect 10 stickers per roll but as they are all different shapes and sizes there are more on some rolls than others. The stickers contain all the characters you would expect and even have little scenes out of come episodes such as when Mrs rabbit takes ther family up in a hot air balloon.
This box is fantastic value even though I paid £2.50 rather than £1 and has kept my daughter amused forn ages, she likes to make all the family pictures with stickers and drawing so these are perfect. I am that impressed that I am going to go back and get a couple more boxes and put them away for any parties she is invited to. The only thing I can say bad about these is that on the box it states that these are reuseable but these are in no way reuseable.
Peppa Pig Sticker Box
Whilst looking for stocking fillers before Christmas for my little one, I came across this pack of Peppa Pig stickers in the Pound Land for, you've guessed it! One Whole Pound! I have seen these stickers elsewhere for about £2.00-£2.50 so was saving myself a little money and my little one loves both Peppa Pig and stickers so for a pound, I thought why not!
There are meant to be 200 stickers in this box, though I have not counted! It did not look to be as many as that, though I am assuming that the box wouldn't lie! Some stickers were a lot smaller so this is perhaps why it did not look to be as many as stated. The stickers are presented upon twelve different coloured cardboard rolls which unwrap easily to see the whole lot of stickers on each roll. The stickers, as you would guess, cover Peppa and her friends and family in all different scenes or as the characters on their own. The stickers are meant to be reusable, and whilst to a degree this is true, I would not have classed them as reusable. If you stick the stickers on a glossy paper/background, then yes, they do pull up quite easily and restick again, though if they are placed on normal paper or material then they either rip when trying to pull up, or do not restick again. For £1, though, I can not complain.
My little one loved these stickers despite them not really being reusable in the ways that were wanted. Stickers now cover places like the potty, toys, and yes, some cabinets of mine! They are certainly colourful and attractive and do brighten things up, especially the boredom of a young child!
For £1, you simply can not go wrong!
