Ingredients 2 cups of flour 1 cup salt 2 cups of boiling water 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 teaspoons cream of tartar This recipe is so easy you just throw every thing in a bowl and mix, then comes the fun bit you can get you hands in (be careful may be a little hot) and knead the dough for a few minutes and then its ready to go. Here is the recipe I use for home made play dough: 3 cups flour 1.5 cups salt 6 tsp cream of tarter 3 tbsp oil 3 cups water Put all the ingredients in a pan. Stir over a medium heat until it forms a ball. Knead for a couple of minutes until smooth. Alternatively, mix the dry ingredients together (your toddler can help with this bit) then pour over the right amount of just boiled water and stir. If you want to add colours and smells, you can use food ... Read the complete review

All you need is a cup of water, a cup of flour, a splash of cooking oil, a little bit of food colouing and a pinch of salt, mix it all together untill you get the concistency of playdoh, It is realy cheap to make and my daughters have hours of fun with it, food colourings are cheap to buy and available ...
