Recipe for homemade play dough I made this play dough all the time for my children. Ingredients 2 cups of flour 1 cup salt 2 cups of boiling water 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 teaspoons cream of tartar This recipe is so easy you just throw every thing in a bowl and mix, then comes the fun bit you can get you hands in (be careful may be a little hot) and knead the dough for a few minutes and then its ready to go. If you want you can add colours and smells to you play dough. I find the best way to make sure the colour is mixed well in to the dough is to add the food colouring to ...  Read the complete review

Here is the recipe I use for home made play dough: 3 cups flour 1.5 cups salt 6 tsp cream of tarter 3 tbsp oil 3 cups water Put all the ingredients in a pan. Stir over a medium heat until it forms a ball. Knead for a couple of minutes until smooth. Alternatively, mix the dry ingredients together (your toddler can help with this bit) then pour over the right amount of just boiled water and stir. If you want to add colours and smells, you can use food ...  Read the complete review

I shall use cups as my unit of measurement yes technically it is a real quantity but use any standard cup or mug as long as you use the same one all will be well. Salt dough 3 Cups of Plain Flour 3 Cups of Water with added colouring of your choice 1½ Cups of Salt Mix all the ingredients together stirring in water gradually. Mix and knead well for 10 ...  Read the complete review

All you need is a cup of water, a cup of flour, a splash of cooking oil, a little bit of food colouing and a pinch of salt, mix it all together untill you get the concistency of playdoh, It is realy cheap to make and my daughters have hours of fun with it, food colourings are cheap to buy and available ...  Read the complete review
