In this set you get 2ml of white paint, 2ml of brown paint, 2ml of black paint and a brush.
The box has basic instructions on it and two pictures of different face painting styles to copy.
The base coat needs to be applied with a sponge which isnt supplied, this needs a few layers to achieve a good coverage of colour as shown on the box, the paints go on well and are easy to work with, they dry quickly so no messing about waiting for the base coat to dry.
The brush is an ideal size for small details and is easy to use, the finished look is good but you will need to mix some of the colours so need a pallett to do this on as there isnt one provided.
The box says there is enough paint to do 10 faces and this looks about right to me.
Wholst browsing amazon looking for stocking fillers for my daughters for christmas i spotted these face paints and thought they were a great idea.
Inside the box you get a small pallett with 3 colours, black white and dark brown aswell as a small brush
To begin with i wasnt too impressed with these as i thought £3 for 3 paint colours of 2ml each was quite expensive but upon using them on christmas day my opinion changed as these paints go on very easily and only need one coat to look realy good so they are well worth the money and will paint the faces a few times although i dont think it will do ten faces like the packet claims.
They are non toxic and are skin fiendly according to the box, i havent tryed eating them as they dont appeal to me but they are gentle on the skin and didnt cause any irritation to my daughters sensitive skin
They are easy to remove aswell, the box says use soap and water but have you ever tryed to get a 4 year old to allow you to washe there faces with soap, mine wouldnt so i used baby wipes which removed them very easily and didnt leave any staining behind like other face paints we have used.
The only bad thing i have found with these is that the box claims that once opened they wont crack or evaporate so will last a long time, when i opened them they were moised to the touch and when i touched them they were wet enough to transfer to my fingers easily but now after only 2 days they are solid and dry, they have started to crack so the claims on the box are false but this should be easily softed by adding a little water to them again.
The brush included with them is very small and is great for fine details but you will need a sponge which is not included to apply the base colour.
This dizzy dogs animal faces face painting kit supplies enough face paint for 10 faces
