I used BidPay to pay for an ebay auction exactly one month ago today.

The seller still has not received a money order from them. I have confirmed that the address was correct.
Everyone makes mistakes, of course, but the really unbelievable thing is that I have contacted support THREE times in the last 2 weeks, and have YET to receive a response!! There is no phone contact number listed, which in and of itself should've been a warning sign to me from the start. But the fact that it has been 1 month since my original order just blows my mind. At least a "courtesy response" would let me know that there is ACTUALLY someone there, on the other end, who has received at least one of my 3 emails.
