      Very helpful

Having had some experience with various auction sites, I was somewhat surprised to find that bidworld seems not to have taken off. There are few items actually up for auction on the site, (669 at present), and even less bids. The site itself is easy to navigate, and is very pleasing to the eye. At the moment, Bidworld will not charge you to place an auction with them, (which is definitely a plus), but only if you do not have your auction title in "Bold". Registration is fairly simple, too. There's plenty of links to follow on this site, including one to its own forum, and another to its classifieds section, (where you can post an advert, or read other members adverts). All this should lead to a very successful site. So, why is bidworld.co.uk so quiet? Personally, I think bidworld is a very good site, but with so much competition from some very well established sites, (such as ebay.co.uk and yahoo.co.uk), bidworld, like so many other auction sites, has nothing new to offer. Many new UK auction sites are having the same problem as bidworld; not many sellers, or buyers. You look at the site, see that nothing much is happening, and forget about the site within 5 minutes. It's sad, really, because bidworld has what it takes, but it came far too late.
