I found DooYoo whilst browsing the internet and saw these awful reviews of Cqout and felt i must register to try to give some balance to this column.
I am registered on Cqout, have been for many years and have bought and sold on the site on a casual basis and my experience with them has been entirely contrary to most of the poor reviews here.
I was happy to pay my £2 registration fee to Cqout as i was told it helps keep the site secure, as they can verify every person who registers with them with the credit card. They said it helps stops bidders who do not complete after bidding and sellers who are crooks. I do not know if that's true but i they seem to be laden with secure software and i have had no security problems at all
i note there have been some cruel things said about the lady Rita by some of the reviewers and i have no doubt that if that is how they choose to behave when posting on a public review of her then i think it says a lot more about them than it does about her. Seems to me they have lots of class unfortunately it's all second!
My experience of Rita has been very positive; she is business like, 100% honest and forthright.
Her responses for assistance requests are fast, usually within a few hours, sometime within minutes.
I have waited days on EBay to get a stock answer
She tells it like it is and addresses the matter in hand, in clear understandable English.
If you need to have your information served up with a sugar coating then go elsewhere, but if you appreciate concise, accurate & solid answers then she is the one to deal with.
Personally i like that attitude, i have no time for sales flannel, and for the standard answers delivered by some automaton drone who really could not care less about your problem
Rita has commendable passion for what she does and i appreciate iT.
In my opinion all the complainers here must have broken the rules of Cqout at sometime and have come here to vent their spleen in some childish attempt to wreak revenge on the site by attacking its unblemished reputation and use DooYoo as a vehicle to insult Rita.
i have no doubt they could not better Rita in their two way interactions via Cqout and were likely subsequently banned and feel the need to attack her anonymously here, i expect the authors will feel better for it, but in my experience most of the bad news that has been written here about her and Cqout has no basis in truth at all.

As to buying and selling experiences, i have had the odd problems but all have been sorted out with the buyers, sellers or with the aid of customer support
I have not lost any money to anyone on Cqout
I cannot say the same about my experiences previously on Yahoo auctions, freeserve auctions or even the mighty EBay
In my opinion Cqout is a safe, professional environment in which to buy and sell.
In my opinion it is not deserving of the outrageous criticisms leveled at it by the small minded people who have posted bad reviews on here.
They probably felt that strict rules applied on the site should not apply to them but i say the strict rules are there to protect the rest of us from the likes of them!
So i say good riddance to them, who needs those kinds of rude arrogant people?
All i want is an auction site, where i can buy and sell easily, with confidence to and from like-minded people and have a pleasant experience in the process.
For me, Cqout is the place, where you do not have to interact with idiots, their security methods seem to have a filter to keep them out
Based on some of the reviewers here, who are no doubt banned from the site, it seems to be working......
