I have used Dabs.com and Dabs exchange for several years now and can say that their service, delivery and products are an example to all other e-sites. Products are as advertised and below the price of other advertisers on line and in the high street. My only critism would be the inability to contact anyone by phone these days (unless you have a old phone number) which was not the case a year ago. I have been dealing with the Auction site for over 2 years. Most of the time the service, product and price have been superb. Obviously I have had the odd problem with items missing, damaged or lost in the post. But it has averaged out about 1 in every 40 purchases. When they did go wrong, I found Mark Gowans to be extremely helpful and normally replies to my mailing within the day.
