I have been dealing with the Auction site for over 2 years. Most of the time the service, product and price have been superb.
Obviously I have had the odd problem with items missing, damaged or lost in the post. But it has averaged out about 1 in every 40 purchases.
When they did go wrong, I found Mark Gowans to be extremely helpful and normally replies to my mailing within the day. He has ALLWAYS put the matter right cheerfully and promptly and to my satisfaction. (Infact, sometimes to my advantage)
If you are straight and fair with him, he will recipricate.
I know it is annoying when things go wrong, but give them a chance to sort it before throwing a wobbly! You know it makes sense!
