Advantages: Good easy site to browes, Usually next day delivery, Usually cheapest prices
Disadvantages: e-mail support has been useless, no telephone numbers are now listed, Vertually have the field to themselves with regard to compition.
I have used Dabs.com and Dabs exchange for several years now and can say that their service, delivery and products are an example to all other e-sites. Products are as advertised and below the price of other advertisers on line and in the high street. My only critism would be the inability to contact anyone by phone these days (unless you have a old phone number) which was not the case a year ago. Also I have never received a useful reply to any e-mail that I have sent to Dabs.
