eBay Inc. is an American Internet company that manages an online auction and shopping website in which people and businesses buy and sell goods and services worldwide. The one local to the Uk is Ebay.co.uk!

The online auction website was founded as AuctionWeb on September 3rd 1995. Since then it has erupted into one of the most popular sites online.

its one of those site (like dooyoo) which you can waste away your day on. I used to just sit there for a couple of hours each week and search fr random babble that I could get for cheap. And the stories you hear about weddings being done on there second hand for 1/10 of the price seem more than achievable!

It relies on people selling items on their. I currently have a £15 amazon voucher on there :D this one is not from dooyoo but I think when I get enough for a pay out I am going to get the vouchers instead of the £50--- thats a long time and a lot of work!

Ebay has a hell of a lot of foot traffic and this has madeit into a really simple site to use! There are dozens of ways to search and find bargains with even more ways to filter through your search to get exactly what you are after!

The bad this is on the more popular items such as computers and consoles the prices tend to be higher than you can buy them on the high street and people dont realise his and go blow too much!

My favourite thing about the recent updates is the free listings service now. before it cost you to list items and this always put me off incase they didnt sell... Now this has been removed you can through all sorts on there with no worries!
