Ebay, what a site! I first used ebay a few years ago now and most of my experiences have been great. I am always looking for bargains so this site comes in very handy.

I mainly use for buying products, and occasionally sell the spare things in my house. You can find great offers on virtually any item you could ever dream of, just search it and in most cases you will find what you are looking for. Not many items are not on ebay!

It is an online auction site where you can buy and sell items, you bid for items you want or if there is a long time until the end of the auction you can 'watch' an item and ebay will message you when the auction is neaqrly over. There are also some products at a 'buy it now' price which can come in handy if at the right price.

Before purchasing an item you can see what the sellers feedback is like. This tells you if they are a trusted and reliable seller so you know that you will not be scammed. Their feedback is also presented as a percentage as well as detailed information about them.

The seller will also indicate their shipping costs or even can arrange for personal pickup. Payments can be made through paypal. This is the most common as it is the easiest and quickest way of paying.

When selling however, it is important that you state you will only post within UK, this is becuase i once had a scammer trying to get me to send it Nigeria, without him paying! You must keep an eye out for scammers.

Overall, it is a great site for very cheap new or used products.

Summary: good website as long as you keep an eye for scammers!
