Advantages: Stuff you want...for hardly anything!, Easy to navigate site , Lots to choose

Disadvantages: Some prices are silly!, Some timewasters, Spend too much money!!

I haven't been on Ebay that long to be honest with you, but my bank account is feeling a bit poorly, he he!

At first I was a bit, well no, I was very dubious about sending my money to somebody I will probably never meet, after all why should I trust them??

Anyway, after browsing, and convincing from my Fiance, I bidded on a couple of things, I got out bid on a few things :(
and lost them, and was not impressed!! But, I have won a helluva lot of cool stuff, for hardly anything, eg.

Millenium falcon, mint condition, for only £8, inc p&p!! Wahey!!!

I've also bought lots of really nice clothes for my daughter, they have loads of well priced baby wear.

Ebay has made my Toy Story and Star Wars collection bloom!! It is an excellent place for collectors, there is everything!!

My fiance has bought tons of horror movies, DVD's go for silly prices, but the vids are good value most of the time.

There are only 2 complaints I have about Ebay, and they aren't too bad.

1. Some people think were stupid (Or they are !!) They sell things well overpriced, and then they must wonder why it doesn't get sold!!, Or some people get "Bid happy" as I call it! They bid, and bid and bid untill the thing they are bidding on is so over priced they could go out and buy it twice!! I have a funny example of this;
I came accross a fleecy top, by Gap for a girl aged 6-12 months, it was going for £45, even though in the descrition it clearly said
"Brand new with tags, costs £20 in shop"!!!
Has the world gone mad!!?? Well, you know what they say, "More money than sence!!"

2. Unlike Yahoo auctions, you have to pay to sell things, you have to pay a set price, then a percentage of what you get if you sell your item. Don't like that, so I sell on yahoo!!

I even see toys I had as a kid!!

I've not had any bed experience with Ebay, yet,
and would recomend you try them :)

If you look on the internet, you will find tons of online auctions, but I've gotta say Ebay out does them all :)

Me too :)
I can't look on when I've no money in the bank, I'm scared of seeing something I want, and having to let it go :(

I could easily spend hundreds of pounds on ebay. I have to restrict my bidding!! :)
