Advantages: FUN to shop, can get good bargains

Well now Big Brother is off the air ebay has once again taken over as my evening addiction.
If you have a digital camera it's a good way of selling all your unwanted stuff - far easier than doing a car boot and you get better prices.
I got to know so many people in the USA that have become firm friends.
The main advantages are that you can find just about anything - new and secondhand and this savesthe hassle of trying to find it elsewhere or going to the shops. You can pick up some real bargains too and find things that are usually hard to get where you live.

The disadvantages ar that you end up bidding on things you don't really need and then paying too much as you get caught up in the frenzy of the auction. The other thing is the listing fees which cost a fortune. It' is so annoying when people bid on things then don't pay up and you can't get the listing fees back. The other thing is the feedback issue. You don't leave bad feedback against people that deserveit in case they do the same to you as retaliation. This happens a lot.
I have bought tickets, a camera, bits for the camera, childrens clothes, toys etc etc and lots form the USA which is great a you can get things not available here - only worth it if the cost of sending isn't too high as they have higher prosage costs for small items.
