Advantages: Find ANYthing you want

Disadvantages: Risk of buying things you don't need!

How can you not know about eBay by now? Well, let me tell you about it, if you seriously don'y know about it.

A simple description of it is that it's an enormous, neverending online auction selling almost anything imaginable. Buy and sell anything from a house to a DVD. It's great if you're looking for weird and rare collectables. Even if you're looking just to sell off some irritating things around the house - maybe you're in need or a bit of money - you can do it on eBay.

Admitedly there are some dodgy characters on it so you need to be aware of what you're doing and remember this is real money being transfered and real objects being sent and received. Basically if something looks ridiculously cheap, check the P&P, as often they'll whack that up to £15 or something.

Ideally you need a PayPal account for safe and easy money transfer.

Obviously, things like body parts can't be sold, but almost anything else can be. There are simple rules, such as if you're selling food it must have a sell by date on it, for example, all of which can be accessed whenever you're unsure about something.

Summary: eBay is there to buy and sell almost anything

The review is short so that people will bother reading it. It's called a review, not an essay.

You've got the basis of a great review....I feel that it just needs a bit more info to make it useful to others. More details about bidding/buying/selling etc would gain you a much higher rating!
