I've been visiting QXL regularly since it launched - just hoping it might get better, or even have something I might want to buy. That hasn't happened. Perhaps I'm biased having got used to the enormous choice and lay-out at Ebay, but this holds absolutely no attraction for me. For one it seems impossible to stop things you're totally not interested in from coming up on the screen. And speaking of screens, I have a huge monitor but trying to read the teensy type on the QXL site makes me think my optician must have got it wrong when he said I didn't need glasses. The main issue, for me, is that there's nothing on this site of interest for me - it seems to be all gadgets and gizmos. That's great if that's what you want to buy, I guess, but surely, if QXL seriously wants to broaden its customer base, it should be doing something to attract a wider audience?
