Logitech S150 Digital USB:
... actually received these speakers today and are currently sitting on my desk so this seems like the perfect opportunity to review them. I purchased these speakers courtesy of some positive reviews coupled with the price. After removing them out of the box today, i was stunned by the mini size of these speakers although I think that has some advantages in terms of space saving. Visually they aren t particularly str... Genius SP E200 ... my old PC speakers died the tech department gave me these ones. I was more than dubious because I saw there was no sub, so how the hell were they supposed to power a DVD across a whole classroom? These 6 Watt speakers are small and portable. They are also pretty rubbish! The main problem is the power - they just don t have it! Now, they CAN power a DVD across my classroom if I turn off the lower frequencies, but as soon as something bassy comes in they are completely distorted. In terms of sound, the high and mid frequences are well covered, in particular the highs. I actually think a good sub addition would make these really smart speakers, but sadly it s not the... Sony SRS A201 ... laptops built in speakers are rubbish! I am not some great music aficionado who demands crystal clear sound and enough Bass to start a small earthquake. I purchased the SRS A201 purely driven on price and brand name and have been very with my happy with my purchase to date. Co-ordinating with the HK mouse he also desired, this was a definite must in his book. These are two speakers that look like Hello Kitty in a sitting position, and you get a choice of colours. Hello Kitty can be wearing a pink dress with a matching hair ribbon, or red, or yellow, lime green, blue, or even orange. Since his mouse had a Hello Kitty with a red ribbon, it was decided to go for the blue frock, and so the order was duly placed. When they arrived, they were in a sturdy cardboard box without excess packaging of any description, ... Read the full review: Hello Kitty, You're So Pretty... by shroud |
