This niffty little kit is great for ipod users that have brought all their music from itunes and not from cd.

About 2 months ago i got my self a a new 80gb classic ipod and was getting a bit tired of walking around my house with my ipod pluged into my ears. So i got one of these wonderful sound docks from Bose. Bose are well know for the quality of there sound systems. The sound they produce is just simply amazing. You hear and feel deeper depths to the songs you already know and you fall in love with the tracks all over again. This being said i did my research and found i wanted this one. Picked it up for £279 with 2 years free guarantee from my local John Lewis. Which for me is a bit pricey, and there are cheaper ones on the market but i had my heart set on this and im so glad i did.
Its slick and stylist, it fits in with most decors in any room. And isnt ugly like some sound systems! The dimensions of this bad boy is 17cm high, 30com wide and just 16.5cm and weighs just over 2kg which is about the weight of a large bag of sugar! So you wont have any trouble trying to squeeze this onto a book shelf. It comes in two different colours, black and white so that it can match your ipod or other electrical appliances.

The a few of the most important things for me about the SoundDock is the fact that it has a recearchable battery so you can take it to the beach/park/garden any where! The battery life its self runs for 10 hours before needing to be recharged. There is a handle at the back and the dock (the part where the ipod sits) rotates back on to its self so that it can be easily transported.
Another great thing is if you plug it in the mains while your ipod is in the doc it actually recharges even if your listen to a song! So if your in a quick rush and cant get to a computer and just simply plug it in and its charges!

It also comes with a credit card sized remote control which im told is waterproof but im yet to test this! The remote control works perfectly from nearly any where in the room. The only problem is the fact that it is soooo small that it is really easy to lose. Im forever losing it down the side of the sofa. But worry not if you do lose it there are controls on the the system that controls the volume.
The SoundDock doesnt limit its self to laying just ipods, it can aslo be used with portable DVD player, CD or other MP3 players using AUX output.

The Bose SoundDock is situable for all classic ipods, new nanos, ipod touch and the iphone.
This SoundDock is a must for any one who lives and die with their ipods. I recommend it highly.
